Amazing tree. Some branches grow downwards and they become like roots, and kind of twine each other, and support the tree. We call this "Gajumaru tree."

Wow, that really is an amazing tree--I don't think I've ever seen one like it!
This the banyan tree isn't it? we have many such trees in India.
I love this tree - it seems to be so adaptable to what its environment throws at it.
That's one amazing looking tree, like something biblical and ancient!
The first time I saw one of these trees was a few weeks ago in Hawaii. They were strange since there was no central trunk like other trees. Great image.
